The trash bins located just past Lot 15 and 66 are for use by homeowners and their renters. They are paid for by HOA and the schedule for trash pick up will vary according to season/need. The cost for bin rental is ongoing, but the rate is built into how many times the bins are emptied. The trash bins at the end of North Fork Road are not for our use.
