Your HOA met with Zion Ponderosa staff to discuss snow removal this winter and accepted their bid to provide general snowplowing of the roads and removal of snow from driveways at no charge to homeowners in their rental program. Of note is the fact that Zion Ponderosa recently purchased a new snow blower to use for this purpose to protect the roads.
