1807 Start meeting
1808 Introductions and welcome
1809 Homeowner comments – None
1810 Financials. All good. Road maintenance has $144K, General $108K, $39K in checking.
1813 Roads. The amount we have should be sufficient to redo the roads.
1814 Will raised question about trash fees on financials.
Follow up w/Lynnette about reducing the number of pickups as # of guests declines.
Should follow up on clearing out the drains under driveways. Maybe have Justin Millard clear them out.
1818 Fire. Steve relayed reports from Brad at the SSD meeting. Ladder truck, QR truck, volunteers, meeting w/Rob’t Finn for County-wide fire study.
1822 ARB. Michael mentioned that there are no new homes started.
1823 Winter snow removal. 435 592 2067 Eric Hoyt at ZP for plowing. Can also check w/Tracy Evans (435) 640-8408
1827 Reminder: Sep/Oct is hunting season so beware that hunters are around, but that there is no hunting/discharge of firearms within the Zion Ridge community.
1829 Will report on FB page, Web site. See the Seasonal info tab. Will to update with more seasonal info. Will noted that he and Sharon have been the primary posters. Will to add reminder about fire restrictions and fire pits. Remind homeowners about contracts with renters. Discussion about insurance rates going up.
1837 Updates on driveways, sealing. Boyd Spencer did a great job. We want to encourage those without driveways to add paving. Julie noted that she gets a lot less dust after having it resealed. Next time we should broadcast email to all. Maybe in the Spring?
Owen, do you have a list of interested homeowners for sealing?
1844 Flume discussion. Huge value. Website
1847 Nothing more from South Central. Not everyone has had the cable run.
1852 Reminder that the CC&Rs prohibit signs on the property. So no advertising rentals, etc.
