1706 Call meeting to order

1706 Introduction of Board members and homeowners (only Board members in attendance).  No Homeowner questions were submitted

1708 Carol relayed info from some homeowners about GPS

1710 Standing reports

• Financials.  Approved budgets.
  • Check w/Lynette on reducing trash pickup periodicity
    • Michael check w/Lynette on this.
  • Need to move to using ACH and Credit cards, let payors pay fee.
    • Steve to work w/Lynette on this.  Board approved starting it on 1 January
  • Putting cash into CDs.
    • Michael to work w/Lynette on putting excess $$ into CDs.
• Roads – Waiting for next year.
  • Michael to ask Julie Millard about keeping plow bucket from damaging  road and no berms.
• Fire and Home safety
  • Evac routes flyers handed out to ZP and some homeowners
  • Brad back.  Working on MOU with Best Friends.  John gave detailed report on fire dept status
• ARB
  • Lynette has updated checklist
  • Michael outlined the process for anyone building a home.
  • Larry:  Four homes under construction.
    • Lot 23 doing very well. Abandoned stairway from garage
    • Lot 17.  Concrete vendor was rude to neighbor.  Kodiak contacted Larry.  Larry told them to solve the problem. Carol said that there was a report of off-leash dogs.  Larry said that Kodiak is trying to be compliant.

1747  Snow removal … contact Eric at (435) 592-2067.  Michael talked to Julie about berms.

• Tracy will hopefully be doing it.  He’s going on cruise in mid-January.
• Justin Millard may be doing plowing of decks.
• Ray Riddle will be in charge of the plowing

1756 Michael suggested that we add SSD update to the Standing Reports

1758 Discussed fiber optic (FO) installation.

• Michael reach out to SCE for update on FO

1800 Update on park construction, John sent email update about work.

1801 Thank you to Sharon Quesenberry for all her hard work on noxious weeds (aka Star Thistle)
